Privacy and deletion policy
Your recordings are yours to delete.
Mock interviews may record video or audio. Here is what that means, who sees it, and how to get it removed.
What we record
Mock interviews may record video, audio or both. You answer a question out loud, and the recording is what gets graded.
Technical drills and the feedback report are built from that recording and your answer. Nothing is recorded outside a mock interview.
We also hold what you give us directly: your name, email, school and anything you type into the contact form or send us for resume review.
Why we record it
One reason. To grade your answer against the rubric and show you where it was strong and where it slipped.
We don't sell recordings. We don't use your face or voice in marketing.
Who can see it
You can. The systems that grade your answer can. Anyone who works on the product can, only when it is needed to fix a problem or answer a question you sent us.
We don't share your recordings with banks, recruiters or schools. We are not affiliated with any bank or StreetSmart.
How to delete it
Email us from the address on your account and say what you want gone. Recordings only, or the whole account.
We will confirm by reply once it is done. If you ask for the whole account, your recordings, answers and feedback reports go with it.
Deleting a recording doesn't cancel a plan. If you want to stop paying, say so in the same email.
What we don't promise
We make no claims about how any employer screens candidates, including any automated or AI screen a firm may run. A mock interview here is practice, not a rehearsal of any specific employer's tool.
There is no guarantee of interviews or offers. Just serious preparation.
Changes to this policy
If we change how recordings are handled, we will update this page before the change applies to you.
